We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as to many selected international destinations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipment method. The final rate will be shown once your destination and the method of the delivery entered.

Return & Refund Policy

Because MÙSH DNA is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us at team@mushdna.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If your product is unopened and unused, and you're contacting us within 14 days of delivery, we may approve a return on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
