Our mushroom protein is not a standard protein isolate. It is developed from freeze-dried (lyophilized) Pleurotus eryngiithat we cultivate ourselves in a controlled environment, ensuring maximum purity and consistency.
We use the entire mushroom — cap and stem — preserving its natural composition, and is third-party laboratory tested for quality.
Approximately 30% of the composition consists of naturally occurring mushroom protein (amino acids), while the remaining part is dietary fiber, creating a more complete and functional matrix.
In addition, it is enhanced with our own Pleurotus eryngii extract, increasing the level of beta-glucans and supporting its bioactive profile.
