We grow our own Pleurotus eryngii mushrooms in Northern Europe, using food-grade, traceable substrates in one of the cleanest environments in the world. From spore to harvest, we know every step—and so do you. Because true wellness begins at the source, and purity cannot be retrofitted—it must be built from the ground up.
